CTO

Stefan Fouant serves as the Chief Technology Officer at StewTech, bringing extensive expertise in advanced technology solutions and systems architecture. With a strong background in engineering and innovation, Stefan leads the technical vision for the company, overseeing the development of cutting-edge electric vehicle technologies and ensuring that StewTech remains at the forefront of the personal mobility revolution.

Corliss Jackson

Senior Business Advisor

Corliss Jackson serves as Senior Business Advisor at StewTech and is a Distinguished Mentor at REaKTOR, where she supports innovation and entrepreneurship in the Hampton Roads region. With more than two decades of leadership in operations, consulting, and business growth, she has helped thousands of professionals and organizations navigate transitions, strategy, and expansion. In 2006, she founded Manifest Consulting Group, a multi-million-dollar consulting and leadership development firm that equips individuals and organizations with the strategies, skills, and support needed to grow, lead, and thrive in a changing world. She also launched Boss Builders, an initiative designed to empower aspiring entrepreneurs—especially transitioning military, corporate, and government professionals—to start and scale successful companies. Author of Cracking the Federal Job Code and former Washington Post columnist, Corliss brings deep insight into workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, and entrepreneurial advancement.

Sean Ison

Chief Operating Officer

Sean Ison serves as the Chief Operating Officer at StewTech, bringing over 15 years of specialized experience in Embedded Devices to the leadership team. Having started his career as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer, he has overseen numerous high-profile projects that span the full development lifecycle—from requirements gathering and systems architecture to testing and final deployment. His track record for building and managing cross-functional teams, combined with his hands-on technical expertise, allows Sean to streamline operations, optimize product delivery, and drive innovation across every aspect of the company's engineering initiatives.
